FlyProfessor Travels Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT POLICY

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Deposits are non-refundable. All deposits must be paid in full; partial deposits will not be accepted unless a deposit special is explicitly advertised.

IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION

Monthly payment amounts vary depending on the date your deposit is made.
Guests may choose between:

  • Automatic Payments: Due on the 1st of each month.
  • Standard Payments: Due on the 15th of each month. (Invoices will reflect the 1st, but you have until the 15th to make your payment, except for the final payment, which must be paid by the exact date listed on your invoice.)

TRAVEL INSURANCE REQUIREMENT

FlyProfessor Travels requires all travelers to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment. Travel insurance provides coverage for:

  • Trip cancellations or interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Medical emergencies or accidents while traveling.
  • Lost or delayed baggage.
  • Flight delays, missed connections, or other travel disruptions.

Proof of travel insurance must be submitted within 30 days of booking. Travelers who do not purchase insurance acknowledge that they are solely responsible for all losses, costs, or expenses incurred due to cancellation, delay, medical emergencies, or any other unexpected circumstances.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to tasia.fields@fora.travel.

Due to contractual agreements with vendors and suppliers:

  • All payments for FlyProfessor Travels custom group tours are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Cruise tours, all-inclusive resorts, and other packaged experiences are subject to penalties and fees stated in the event details.
  • FlyProfessor Travels will enforce and uphold all cancellation policies and contracts from third-party suppliers, vendors, tour operators, hotels, resorts, and other entities we work with.
  • FlyProfessor Travels does not have the authority to override or alter supplier/vendor cancellation policies.
